Ex-Military Mack Trucks are known for being one of the hardest-working heavy trucks in the Australian Defence Force (ADF),  tackling remote roads in challenging climate conditions across a broad range of harsh terrain. The RM6866RS (MC3) Mack Trucks provided essential transport for the (ADF), from heavy haulage to fuel/ water carriers and recovery. All nine variants of the RM6866RS (MC3) began delivery to the (ADF) in 1982, continuing until the mid-1990s and assembled right here in Oz.

Bold in design, these 12-tonne tactical trucks will negotiate any terrain with a 7-tonne ‘off-road’ and 10-tonne ‘on-road’ payload, with their Mack EM6-285 Maxidyne turbocharged diesel engine developing a solid 283 hp.

The diverse range of Ex-Military Macks can be kept original or modified your way, suitable for mining, construction, transport and heavy haulage, agriculture, recovery, and even a portable stage or hot tub! (we’re not joking).
